About the Event
Join me for this 6 week energizing yoga series! This will be an inclusive practice open to everyone whether you are new to yoga, hoping to jump start your practice or just looking for a supportive community to share yoga with. The sequence is designed to build on the previous session so it is preferable to commit to all 6 classes: April 21 & 28, May 6 (NOTE: Thursday instead of Wednesday), 12, 19 & 26). However, each class will take you through a full arc from warm-up to peak effort and back down to settle the body in savasana, so previous attendance is not required.
